Private Lesson with Head Instructor (Students must have prior basic BJJ experience):

 Single Lesson:             60$/hr

(4) 60 min Lessons:      200$

Private Lesson with Assistant Instructor (Open to all levels):

Single Lesson:              50$/hr

                    (4) 60 min Lessons:      160$

Private Lessons can be shared for 10$ for each additional person per hour.

Striking

Single Lesson:               40$/hr

(4) 60 min Lessons:       120$

½ Hour Pad Session:     20$

Private Lessons can be shared for 10$ for each additional person per hour.

Strength and Conditioning

Single Lesson:               40$/hr

(4) 60 min Lessons:        120$

Private Lessons can be shared for 5$ for each additional person per hour.

Seminars

Seminars are also available for all areas.  Please contact us for rate information.

Payment is by Electronic Fund Transfer only with a valid checking account or credit card.  No cash or checks accepted for monthly membership dues.

Checks for membership fees may be made payable to Underdog Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. 

Private lessons must be scheduled in advance.  No refunds/reschedule will be given for missed lessons.  Lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance in order to be eligible for refund or reschedule.
